Joints link bones through a padded tissue called cartilage. With time, the cartilage starts to thin out and our body tends to lose its flexibility. Usually affecting older people, osteoarthritis (OA) is a condition in which sufferers experience pain and a lack of movement[1].
Have fun doing sports Everyone has a sport they enjoy. In the summer months, it can be fun to play tennis, golf and other outdoor activities. When the weather isn’t as good, you can go for a swim; if you have skiing facilities nearby, you could take to the slope! With exercise, it can be best to find something you enjoy since you’ll want to do it more often.

Cheesy eggs en cocotte: If you’re looking for a tasty, healthy Recipe that is easy to make, this is the one. First you should cook some spinach in melted butter until it’s soft. Place that in a dish and add two eggs, double cream and grated cheddar. Bake for 6-8 minutes and serve.[5]
Chicken Caesar Salad wraps: This is pretty similar to the salad version only that it’s inside wraps. First, you have to slice chicken breast and grill it. Then, shred romaine lettuce. For the sauce, you’ll need eggs, crushed garlic cloves, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt and ground pepper. Whisk all those ingredients until you have a thick dressing.
As for the wraps, you can either buy them ready to use at the supermarket, or make them at home. All you’ll need are eggs, milk and flour. Blend the three ingredients well, and then place the mix in a frying pan. Cook until both sides of the wraps are lightly golden. Then, let them cool while you combine the grilled chicken, lettuce and the sauce and then add parmesan cheese. Place the mixture onto the wraps, and you’re ready to have your favourite salad on the go![6]
Grilled broccoli with soy dressing: This aromatic dish is delicious and requires little preparation. Grill some broccoli in a griddle pan until its brown. For the dressing, you’ll need soy sauce, sesame oil and balsamic vinegar. Combine it with the grilled broccoli and serve immediately.[7]
