I am looking for the Recipe for the Green on Green salad from the restaurant in Oklahoma named Applewoods?

Fresh Green Salad with Applewood Smoked Bacon

Ingredients:
4 slices chopped Applewood smoked bacon
1 chopped shallot
1 (6 oz) bag of salad greens
1 stalk diced celery
1 diced Red Delicious apple
¼ cup Marie’s Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
¼ crumbled gorgonzola cheese
Directions:
Cook bacon and chopped shallots in large skillet until browned. Chop bacon into bits with shallots. In large bowl, combine greens, celery, apple, bacon and shallots and toss with Marie’s Red Wine Vinaigrette. Sprinkle with gorgonzola cheese to finish.
