Sweet Potato Salad Dressing Recipe?
I am looking for a sweet Potato Salad Dressing Recipe. Not a potato salad like mayo and onion, but a dressing to go on lettuce. I’ve tried looking online but am having no luck. Does anyone have a recipe for this or any ideas on how to make it? Thank you!!!
Actually, using sweet potatoes to make a liquid salad dressing for lettuce. I had it before but have no idea how to make it. Your recipe sounds great though as a traditional potato salad!
I know of none useing sweet potatoes. Or do you mean a “sweet” tasting potato salad? I use mayo., sour cream, chopped hard cooked egg, vinegar, sugar, onion, celery, salt & pepper. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
